How far in advance should I make my reservation?
Some of our tours can fill up well in advance of 3-4
days. If
there are still spots available, we can take reservations up until
5 PM (San Diego time) the evening before you wish to join us. However,
we would recommend you schedule your reservation at least a few days
in advance of your desired tour.
What if I'm not a great swimmer?
Not to worry. You’re not required to be a outstanding
swimmer, although you should be a proficient swimmer who is relaxed
and comfortable in the water. We will provide you with a wetsuit
and gear to keep you warm, comfortable and safe on the surface.
Can children go diving or snorkeling?
Kids aged 12 to 14 can participate in the NAUI Discover
Scuba Diving Program (Intro Dives) or earn their Junior Open Water
Diver certification. Advanced courses are available also available.
Kids aged 6 and older can participate in our Snorkeling Adventures.
We ask that kids are at least 50 pounds and proficient swimmers.
Children less than 50 pounds must provide their own wetsuit, mask
snorkel and fins.
How is the visibility in San Diego?
The visibility here in San Diego typically remains
about the same throughout the year at a 10–20 ft average, though
it tends to be better in the later summer months, sometimes as much
as 40-50 ft.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of
sceduled events, should
you need to cancel your Scheduled Adventure, we ask out of common
courtesy that you call us at least 24 hours in advance. Because we
provide staffing with you in mind, we would appreciate the advance
notice so that we can schedule our staff accordingly and our instructors
are notified in advance. Because we do not collect payment until
the day of the dive, if you decide not to
make your Scheduled Adventure we charge only a small processing fee
of $25 if the tour is cancelled prior to 24 hours. If the reservation
is cancelled in less than 24 hours, we must charge a $50 cancellation
fee and if the guest is a "no show", we must charge the
full fare for the reservation.
I can dive with another company for less money.
Why is that?
We strive to offer great quality at a fair price. If
