The SeaStar Adventures, Inc Gift Certificates are
not valid on special events or toward promotional fares. Tickets
are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash -- all sales
are final. Tickets may only be redeemed for the trip stated
upon the ticket and may not be upgraded, used as partial payment,
or traded. Cancellations require 72 hours notice. Failure to
cancel within the given time frame will result in additional
charges being applied. A voucher will be issued to use at a
later date in the event a trip is cancelled due to mechanical
failure, or weather related issues. SeaStar Adventures is not
responsible for guest health, weather or dive conditions. Possession
